We offer hassle-free refunds on all framed and printed art orders that meet the following conditions:

Item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival

A photo of the issue must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Items must be in original condition (unused, unaltered)
If your request is approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement print, depending on your preference.
❗Please note: Since each product is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
